Return and Exchange Policy
At Turme, we take great care in crafting and packaging every product. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re happy to assist with a replacement or return.
1. Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, email us at support@trumestore.com with your order ID, product photos, and reason for return. Our support team will verify your request and coordinate a reverse pickup through Shiprocket.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned product passes quality inspection. The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. For COD orders, we’ll issue a bank transfer or store credit, as per your preference.
4. Exchanges
If the same product is available in stock, we’ll dispatch the replacement after receiving and verifying the original item. Exchanges are available for the same value product only.
5. Non-Returnable Items
